Hi Reader, April has truly filled my cup and I’m still soaking in the joy! I kicked off the month with an unforgettable trip to Phuket, Thailand! Yes, Thailand! From the serene beaches to the flavorful food and soul-stirring sights, it was everything I needed and more. God really knows how to show out when you just let go and flow in His grace. 🌴🙏🏾. ICYMI: Read all the details over on the blog. Once I was back stateside, I hosted a Paint & Sip event that was filled with laughter, line dancing, and creativity. There’s something so healing about gathering with good people and letting your imagination run free with a paintbrush in hand (my painting was very abstract 😂). Then it is off to Washington, DC for a quick trip! I am currently writing this email from my hotel room in DC before I get out to finish enjoying good food, vibrant city energy, and a chance to reconnect with an old friend. Lastly, I couldn’t forget to squeeze in some beachside R&R to wind the month down. Sand in my toes, Starbucks refresher in hand, and peace in my heart 💛 April reminded me that joy is a wellness practice too. It’s okay to pause, play, and pour into yourself. What I’m Loving:
